I recommend that my clients use a shake for one meal of the day. It is easy to add many of your powdered supplements to, or even to empty capsules into. It makes a very nutritious and filling meal. It is useful for those who are wanting to lose weight. This shake is good for anyone wanting to make a slight change from a conventional diet. other supplements you use as a powder or in capsules
(that won't change the taste of the shake too much, such as):
calcium ascorbate powder, or vitamin C powder, bioflavinoid
powder, slippery elm, acidophilus
2. VEGGIE SHAKE Add any of the following to a blender & blend until smooth: water & psyllium, put about 1/2 cup water in the blender,
add 1 heaping tsp. psyllium & let sit for at least 20 min. You can add any of your powdered supplements: acidophilus, spirulina,
tinctures, hemp oil, raw almonds, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds,
etc.
