As of January 2010 I have rewritten my manuals & changed the way I teach classes.

Part of the changes involve a more positive approach to clearing issues, rather than focusing on any negative aspects of letting go of 'issues', I wanted to find a way to make this more positive. To focus on your road to better health, manifesting positive things into your life & bringing about a healthy emotional attitude.

Here is a bit on how all classes & retreats will begin now, and below that I've gone over new requirements for working your way through the 4 levels of USUI reiki.

Learning reiki is all about personal growth,

releasing what no longer serves you,

healing yourself & others on a physical, emotional & spiritual level.

Students learn a lot about healthy ways to release what no longer serves you & manifesting what you want to now let into your life. You do this by having attunements which raises your vibrational level, giving & receiving reiki sessions for healing, and using tools learned in class to move forward by manifesting the highest vision of your life.

In attending my classes I need for all potential students to understand that it is NOT ok to vent personal issues during classes.

I need for you to accept 100% responsibility for everything in your life. You are the sole creator of your past, present & future.

Channelling reiki energy & receiving attunements will empower you to heal, and to design & create realities aligned with your highest visions.

It will help you to clear old behaviours, old emotions, old issues.

I want to be very clear that the details of these issues do not matter, what matters is that you are asking to be empowered to learn ways to heal & move on. 

Because you have chosen to learn reiki you have chosen to be empowered to heal yourself through:

1. raising your vibrational level,
2. by having others work on you
3. & other tools which will be presented during classes.

Going over & over your personal issues, anger, negativity, sadness, only keeps giving life to them & holds them in your energy field.
I need for all my students to be ready to move forward in their lives & to now manifest the highest vision of their reality & bring positive manifestations into their lives.

It is NOT ok to bring up your personal issues during classes.

If something comes up just know you are releasing it. You are letting go. We are here to support that with reiki. Set your intention that this will be cleared when you have your session.

If you feel the need to verbalize your issues, to vent, to go over negative events, I ask that you do that with a trained counsellor. Keep in mind that going over & over these issues with your friends also holds it within your energy field. You have chosen to learn reiki, to learn to heal, you must be ready to let go and move on.

It is now about clearing these so you can bring in white light & manifest a wonderful new reality for yourself.
Fundamental to INTENTION is that "thoughts shape reality". What we focus on in our minds, is ultimately reflected in our reality.

I will begin each class with an exercise for releasing an negativity that you are holding in. This is done as a writing exercise & you are not asked to share anything written.

Releasing can be done in a positive & happy way! Discussions during classes can be positive & uplifting!

REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH LEVEL OF REIKI

These changes take place of January 2010. If you are currently a student of mine, you these changes will affect you depending on how many classes you've taken with me.

If you've already taken level 1, I'd encourage you to take the 2nd & 3rd days over again, @ $40 each. I will give you all 3 parts of the manual. If you want to retake the first day of classes there would be no charge for that.

If you already have level 2 with me, just email me. I can give some of the updated manual.

These requirements are not written in stone. Everyone is at a different place energetically, and everyone progresses at a different rate. I do firmly believe that a solid basis in reiki is formed by taking your time working through the levels & building your skills through experience. Some of my students may feel they want to progress a little more quickly, please talk to me if you feel this way.

Level 1 = 3 days

I will now go over the whole manual (which has been totally updated) during classes. The reason I have changed level 1 to a 3 day class over a period of a few weeks is because almost all my students found it was too much information for 1 day. This will give you time to go over all the information bit by bit, get your body used to channeling the energy and will give you a really firm base on which to build. It will also give you more time to do some healing, by receiving sessions at each class.

Day 1 $150: We will cover 7 pages of information, you will get an attunement, and give & receive sessions.
Day 2 $40: You will get another 11 pages of the manual which we will read,  you will get another attunement, give & receive sessions.
Day 3 $40: You will get another 22 pages of the manual, which we will read, you will get another attunement, you a level 1 certificate on this day, and will have the full manual.

Wait 8 months to a year minimum before getting level 2.
Before you take level 2, I need for you to attend at least 2 retreats:

• to gain skills in giving a session, move the blankets & pillows around, sage the table.
• To develop your skills, receive more level 1 attunements.
• To learn other skills not taught in level 1, opening the chakras with a pendulum, how to end a session by balancing & sealing the energy field
• To learn to use your intuition in giving sessions.
• work on healing yourself by clearing more with sessions & attunements
• create realities in your life that is  aligned with your highest visions by using reiki combined with intention to manifest your goals
• optional: you can take level 1 of seichim when you’ve completed level 1

All of this develops a good base of skills for doing reiki on yourself, for self healing, learning to manifest positive visions of your life, and to prepare you for Level 2 which is the level where you clear on a deep emotional level.

Level 2 – 2 days

$325
After taking your level 2, wait 18 months to 2 years minimum before starting your master level.

During this time you can take take some optional classes:

• You can take level 1 & 2 of the other types of reiki that I teach at this time and/or
• Seichim attunements levels 1-6

I will ask you to complete the following before level 3:

• Please attend retreats, at least 4.
• Work on others. (If you are taking reiki just for personal development, and don't wish to work on others, you can talk to me about this)
• Give reiki with nothing ask in return to express your gratitude for the abundance in your life: volunteer to give your reiki somewhere, give to the earth on walk, send distant reiki to world events or people in need, to animals, etc.

Level 3: reiki master level

$450
You will get a master attunement, & learn 2 master symbols.
You can stop here if you do not want to learn to teach & to give attunement. I will give a reiki master level 3 certificate.
If you want to continue to level 4, to know how to give attunements & to teach others:

Practicum:

• I ask that you attend (at no charge) a minimum of 1 level 1 class, and 1 level 2 class. If you plan to get your reiki teacher level I ask you sit on classes, take notes, and gain experience in running a class. You will still take part in the classes as far as receiving the attunements & giving & receiving sessions.
• Begin writing your own manuals: I will not share my actual manuals, I spend many hours several times a year writing & updating my manuals, they are a compilation of research & experience. I realized I can’t just keep giving my students my updated manuals because of the amount of work I put into them. And you need to have the knowledge base to write your own manuals, the motivation to do this, and you need to teach classes in your own way, so the information needs to be in your own words.
• I ask you work on at least 4 different people at this time, taking notes, learning from the experience. I ask that you work on each person several times.

I ask that you take a minimum of 6 months to work on the above practicum. I will give you written information on running classes, so you can work out how you will run your classes.

Learning to give attunements.
Cost is $100.
Day 1 you will receive level 1& 2 attunements, we will give & receive sessions with the intention that we clear anything we need to clear before you attune others. You will be asked to do a physical & energetic cleanse during the next 3 weeks.
Day 2 is spent learning to give attunements. You will spend the day learning to give attunements. You will receive 2 more symbols as well.

Practicum:

• I will ask that you attend 2 master’s circles & practice attunements (not on people please) during the next few months.
• You need to be giving sessions as much as possible, and /or coming to retreats
• I ask that you have completed writing manuals for levels 1 & 2 by now.
• I will give you your final Master/Teacher certificate after this has been completed, and when you know how to easily give level 1, 2 and 3 attunements without notes.

After this I can teach the master levels of any other types of reiki you have learned from me.
